This soup is absolutely amazing. It is light and definitely helps you detox and feel like you are recharging.
I make it in the fall and many times in the winter or when it's cold and rainy. Definitely a good deed for your body and soul. Especially if you add turmeric and ginger. :-)

Breadmachine Cramberry Bread
You can't have soup without a fresh slice of bread. In 2022 I decided to invest in a bread machine, and it was a fantastic decision. One might say I slightly became addicted to it. On a day I decide to do self-care, I make soup, bread, and homemade jam. There is absolutely nothing more amazing than smelling the smell of fresh bread lingering through your house. Here is my most favorite recipe.

Essential oil Bath products
I love taking a bath. As a matter of fact, I love it so much that I created a small company that employs survivors, and we make homemade organic products and sell them at conferences.
My all time favourite product, besides a lavender sea salt soak, is the
BATH TEA BAGS. You can get fresh chamomile and lavender herbs from Amazon, infuse them with lavender oil, add a little bath salt, and put it in a large tea bag. (you can also get that on amazon)
Or you can get ours in a larger quantity.
